Billing, plainly

Payment runs through Stripe Checkout. Card details never touch CoachingHQ.
The head coach owns billing. Assistants can use everything and change nothing about the subscription.
Plans are monthly. Cancel in the Stripe portal and the program keeps access until the period you already paid for runs out.
Downgrading never deletes anything. Data past the new plan’s limits goes read-only until you upgrade again.
